Your Scan Results Explained.

2 min de lectura·Using Leakless

When Leakless finds your content on an unauthorized site, it appears in your scan results. Here's how to read and understand each result.

What Each Result Shows

Each result in your list includes:

  • Thumbnail — A preview image of the page where your content was found
  • URL & Domain — The exact link and website where it was found
  • Date Discovered — When we first detected this leak
  • Status — The current state of the takedown process

Takedown Status

The takedown status shows where we are in removing the content from the hosting site:

  • Waiting — In queue to be processed
  • Sent — DMCA notice has been sent to the site
  • Successful — Content has been removed
  • Failed — Site did not comply (we'll keep trying other methods)

Delist Status

Separately from removing content, we also request search engines like Google to delist the URL. This stops people from finding the leak through search, even if the original page is slow to remove.

Delist status follows the same pattern: Waiting → Sent → Successful or Failed.

Filtering Your Results

Use the filters at the top of your results page to narrow down what you see:

  • By status — See only waiting, sent, successful, or failed results
  • By date — Find leaks discovered within a specific time period
  • By search — Search for a specific URL or domain
