1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leakless ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Leakless provides the following services:

Content Scanning

Automated scanning of websites to detect unauthorized copies of your content

DMCA Takedowns

Filing Digital Millennium Copyright Act notices on your behalf

Impersonator Detection

Identifying fake accounts using your identity

Deepfake Detection

AI-powered detection of manipulated media featuring your likeness

Reporting & Analytics

Dashboards and reports on protection status and takedown results

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3Your Account

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Do not share your account credentials with others

4Your Content

Content Ownership Requirement

You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to protect all content you submit to our Service. Filing false DMCA claims is illegal and may result in legal liability.

By using our Service, you confirm that:

  • •You have the legal authority to request takedowns of unauthorized copies
  • •The information you provide about your content is accurate
  • •You understand that false claims may result in legal consequences

5DMCA & Takedowns

When you use our DMCA takedown service, you authorize us to act as your designated agent for the purpose of sending takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Your Authorization

By enabling automated takedowns, you grant us a limited power of attorney to send DMCA notices on your behalf. Each notice will be sent under penalty of perjury, as required by law.

Takedown Process

  • We identify potentially infringing content
  • We send DMCA notices to hosting providers and platforms
  • We track responses and removal status
  • We report results to you via dashboard

No Guarantee

While we strive for high success rates, we cannot guarantee that all content will be removed. Removal depends on cooperation from third-party platforms and hosting providers.

6Payments & Billing

3-Day Free Trial

  • Full access to content scanning during the trial period
  • Cancel anytime before the trial ends at no cost
  • Enabling auto-takedowns will end your trial and convert your account to a paid subscription immediately

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information.

7Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

File false or fraudulent DMCA claims
Claim ownership of content you don't own
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Violate any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access
Interfere with the Service's operation
Use automated tools without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAKLESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed:

  • •The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
  • •$100 USD, whichever is greater

9Termination

By You

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard
  • Access continues until billing period ends
  • Request data deletion within 30 days

By Us

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • At our discretion with 30 days notice

10Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

  • We'll email you about significant changes
  • We'll post the updated Terms on this page
  • Changes take effect 30 days after posting
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
